Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for team members and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for organizational processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support onboarding and administrative tasks for new hires.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Support team projects by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in coordinating schedules and managing logistics.
