Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Gather and analyze requirements for trading platform features and workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Produce detailed documentation, including PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows, data dictionaries, and platform architecture for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between product, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions to align stakeholders and ensure clarity.
• Support QA/UAT efforts by defining test cases and validation criteria for platform features.
• Ensure adherence to market structure, trading, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate on Agile methodologies and SDLC processes to enhance project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or trading platforms.
• Strong technical writing skills, including PRDs, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Familiarity with futures markets, order routing, and risk management is preferred.
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, or data analysis is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.
• Ability to work remotely with a preference for candidates with trading experience.
