Overview
- Serve as a Legal Secretary supporting legal professionals in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and agreements from drafts or dictated text.
- Assist in research and locating legal materials in files and databases.
- Manage calendars, review emails, and ensure timely meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings both in-person and virtually using platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Perform clerical duties including scanning, copying, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- File correspondence and legal documents in office and document management systems.
- Support attorneys with diary management and email routing for time-sensitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and finalize legal documents, agreements, and correspondence with accuracy.
- Conduct research and locate legal materials in files and databases.
- Manage schedules, emails, and deadlines for legal professionals.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings using virtual platforms.
- Perform clerical tasks including scanning, copying, and scheduling appointments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Experience in preparing legal documents and correspondence accurately.
