Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation; 9 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools commonly used in the industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documents and project specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams.
