Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surgical services management; 7 years preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice required.
- Proven experience in acute care hospital or ambulatory surgery center management.
- Strong background in physician relations, program development, and strategic planning.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required for the role.
