Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including payroll, scheduling, and service floor plans.
  • Manage and coach staff to ensure adherence to service standards and policies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to customer feedback and reviews to improve satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address violations promptly.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain quality and consistency in offerings.
  • Supervise service for VIP customers and high-profile events.
  • Implement promotional strategies and communicate company updates effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and workplace safety procedures.
  • Certification for responsible alcohol service or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
