Job Description

Overview

  • Support investor communications, documentation, and onboarding processes in a dynamic private equity environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely investor data management.
  • Engage with investors to address inquiries and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain investor profiles and documentation using internal systems and tools.
  • Assist in compliance processes by gathering and reviewing required investor documentation.
  • Contribute to the execution of legal forms and post-close amendments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to investor inquiries and collect missing information or documents.
  • Coordinate meetings between investors and internal team members.
  • Upload and organize key investor documents across internal systems.
  • Ensure real-time accuracy of investor profiles in the portal.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams for data accuracy.
  • Gather identification and accreditation documents from investors.
  • Review and route subscription agreements for approval and signatures.
  • Manage execution of post-close amendments and consent forms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software; familiarity with Juniper Square and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and legal documentation handling.
