Overview

• Lead and oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
