Overview

  • Lead cross-functional real estate and construction projects within a dynamic organizational framework.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to deliver enterprise-wide solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in construction processes, costs, and schedules; financial services experience preferred.
  • PMP and SCRUM Master certifications preferred; expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, dynamic projects effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and VISIO; experience with Procore preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues using root cause analysis and contingency planning.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and commitment to continuous professional development.
