Job Description

Overview

  • Support HR operations and onboarding processes during a transition to Workday Recruiting.
  • Assist with high-volume coordination and employee data management tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new hires and internal HR partners.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with audit preparation.
  • Monitor background checks and onboarding tasks for timely completion.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data entry tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage onboarding processes and Workday transactions, including hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Review and process People Directory requests for IT account creation and validation.
  • Monitor background checks and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
  • Provide customer service to new hires, managers, and HR partners.
  • Handle HR inquiries and ServiceNow tickets, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and assist with audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required, with entry-level experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding roles.
  • Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with background check vendors and I-9 processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
