Superintendent

Overview

• Lead concrete construction projects as a Superintendent, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in supervising self-performing trade teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently for project success.
