Overview
- Serve as the primary support to the CAO, ensuring seamless administrative operations and coordination.
- Collaborate with the events team to assist in planning and executing organizational events.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting using Workday and Salesforce platforms.
- Coordinate department mailings, including mail merges and invitation packages.
- Support vendor website management and oversee inventory processes.
- Contribute to database management through data entry, report generation, and analysis tasks.
- Provide production and event support to ensure successful execution of organizational initiatives.
- Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement with a Monday-Thursday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking and itinerary management.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately using Workday and Salesforce systems.
- Handle phone coverage and communication tasks to support executive operations.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education required; additional certifications are advantageous.
