Job Description

Overview

  • Support the delivery of the business intelligence roadmap through dashboard creation and analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and prioritize deliverables.
  • Conduct analytical deep dives to answer strategic questions and support decision-making.
  • Develop scalable reporting assets and maintain consistent KPI definitions.
  • Contribute to forecasting and engagement analysis initiatives.
  • Provide training and support for internal users on dashboards and self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate across departments including Membership, Operations, IT, Marketing, Events, and Finance.
  • Participate in quarterly prioritization and roadmap review processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build dashboards and reports aligned with certified KPI definitions and star schema.
  • Partner with the BI Director to document requirements and prioritize deliverables.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data model structures for advanced analytics.
  • Support the development of forecasting models through historical trend analysis.
  • Assist in data quality testing and validation processes with IT teams.
  • Contribute to the KPI catalog and business logic documentation.
  • Provide training to internal users on dashboard functionalities and self-service tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an analytical or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience analyzing marketing, membership, or customer engagement data.
  • Knowledge of data science concepts and machine learning techniques preferred.
  • Experience with dbt and Salesforce data is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
