Job Description

Overview

  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights for sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and enhance organizational performance.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
  • Calculate and validate sales commissions, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by partnering with accounting and operations teams.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support investment evaluations.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and compliance checks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 F&O, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
