POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare 360 Full Desk Recruiter (North Carolina) to join our dynamic healthcare recruiting division. This role offers the opportunity to engage in full-cycle recruiting and business development within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinical, allied health, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, experienced in healthcare recruitment, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare, clinical, and allied health professionals across various roles and levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and candidates to support their career and hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare sector to expand business opportunities.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop a robust network of qualified candidates.
  • Analyze industry trends and staffing demands to create effective business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Collect and analyze hiring process data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess and address new hiring goals and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years and preferred 5 years of healthcare recruitment or business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry roles, skills, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
