POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical 360 Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team specializing in IT opportunities across Texas. This permanent, remote role offers a competitive salary and commission structure, providing excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruitment and business development, with a strong understanding of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and talent acquisition strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top IT talent across various roles and levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze industry trends and staffing demands to create targeted business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts with business development objectives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Engage in active and passive candidate sourcing through creative strategies and networking.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate with leadership to assess new hiring needs and set strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably 4 years in IT recruitment or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage in cold calling and follow-ups to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Ethical standards and a collaborative mindset to work within a team-oriented culture.
