POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Business Development Representative or 360 Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic nationwide recruiting team. Specializing in diverse verticals such as Professional Services, IT, Healthcare, and Engineering, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth and success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting or business development activities across various professional verticals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with candidates at all career stages to build a robust talent network.
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates for client needs.
- Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client requirements.
- Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and interpret data to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess and address hiring needs and objectives.
- Maintain industry knowledge to discuss relevant skills, trends, and opportunities with candidates and clients.
- Contribute to team success through proactive engagement and innovative recruitment practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or business development within relevant verticals.
- Proven agency experience and familiarity with staffing processes.
- Strong industry knowledge and ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced work environments with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
