Job Description

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage trade entry, settlement, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including financial statements and NAV calculations.
  • Prepare internal performance, valuation, and risk reports.
  • Support year-end audit and tax reporting requirements such as 1099s and K1s.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
  • Oversee fee calculations and track fund and employee expenses.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting, including ADV, Form PF, and FATCA compliance.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Legal & Compliance teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
