Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate industry trends and market conditions to support valuation assumptions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in valuation, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CFA or ASA, are advantageous.
