Job Description:

The QA Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ISO-compliant training materials to support the client’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role focuses on designing effective training content in response to a recent audit finding and ensuring timely implementation and documentation as part of the remediation process. The consultant will collaborate with the client’s quality and compliance teams to align training materials with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop GCP/ISO training content tailored to the client’s QMS and business needs.
  • Ensure training materials meet applicable regulatory and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with client teams to integrate training into the existing QMS platform.
  • Document training activities and provide evidence for audit remediation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in GCP, ISO standards, and quality compliance best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in QA, compliance, or training development within a regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, clinical research, or manufacturing).
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and ISO quality standards.
  • Proven ability to design and implement compliance training programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
