Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Develop and enforce project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction phases.
• Ensure all construction activities align with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing life sciences construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze and resolve construction-related challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Capability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
