Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of acute care trauma leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification with Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of hire.
- Expertise in trauma program operations and clinical research methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance improvement strategies.
- Experience with trauma center accreditation and compliance processes.
- Ability to oversee and mentor staff within a high-pressure healthcare environment.
