Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Implement and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support.
- Assist in implementing Business Intelligence tools and ensuring best practices.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve user adoption.
- Support Salesforce integrations with systems like Eloqua for enhanced functionality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Flow Builder.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
