Job Description

Overview

  • Provide expert travel arrangements for domestic and international trips using Sabre GDS.
  • Collaborate with employees and clients to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Manage travel bookings efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work remotely within Eastern or Central US time zones.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ticket issuance and exchange processing.
  • Handle alternative arrangements for travel disruptions effectively.
  • Contribute to team efforts and maintain professional communication standards.
  • Engage in a short-term contract from December 2025 to April 2026.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel including air, car, rail, and hotel bookings.
  • Utilize Sabre GDS for professional and cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Follow company standards for travel reservations and ensure compliance.
  • Issue tickets and process exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide alternative booking solutions for unforeseen travel changes.
  • Maintain high productivity and accuracy in travel management tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support travel operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in manual command Sabre GDS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of travel industry standards and practices.
  • Experience in issuing tickets and processing exchanges.
  • Must reside in Eastern or Central US time zones.
