Overview

  • Contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic investment fund, ensuring accurate fund accounting and compliance with industry standards.

  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and investor reports.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review fund accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support fund launches and operational enhancements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support investment decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and update financial models for fund performance tracking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Support audits and reviews by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting or related roles; 7 years preferred.
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
