Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review fund accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support fund launches and operational enhancements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support investment decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update financial models for fund performance tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Support audits and reviews by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting or related roles; 7 years preferred.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
