POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Development Manager/Director to join our dynamic IT recruiting division based in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and recruitment within the IT sector. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team to drive strategic partnerships, expand client networks, and deliver impactful staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is innovative, results-driven, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand client base within the IT industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business strategies with talent acquisition goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize industry-specific tools and resources to source and recruit top IT talent.
  • Develop innovative approaches to engage passive candidates and expand talent pipelines.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance visibility and build strategic partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or recruitment within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
