POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for Life Sciences 180 Recruiters to join our dynamic team specializing in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing division with a focus on building relationships and delivering impactful recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of life sciences recruitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for life sciences professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in specialized roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
  • Utilize the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to create targeted recruitment strategies and meet client needs effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to drive revenue and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring goals and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Engage with professional associations and networks to identify and attract top talent in the life sciences field.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific trends, products, and technologies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Provide exceptional client service by ensuring recruitment solutions align with organizational needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably within the life sciences sector.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies within pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results.
