- Support full-cycle recruiting for business services roles across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes for diverse positions.
- Utilize sourcing tools and strategies to identify and attract top talent for entry- to mid-level roles.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to projects enhancing candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment process efficiency.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to support outreach and brand awareness.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various business services roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Develop job descriptions and qualifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct initial applicant screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Provide recommendations for candidate selection based on skills and experience.
- Maintain recruitment activity reports and provide updates to HR leadership.
- Benchmark and recommend competitive salary offers aligned with internal equity and market data.
- Contribute to initiatives improving employer branding and recruitment efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.
- Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or PHR/SPHR certifications are preferred.
