- Develop and implement structured, standardized, and cost-effective interviewing processes to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to assess position requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative digital recruitment strategies and networking to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and administer employment tests as necessary.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update employment websites and professional association platforms for recruitment purposes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Source and recruit qualified candidates using online platforms, job postings, educational institutions, and professional associations.
- Pre-screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further assessments.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct structured interviews using behavior-based techniques and pre-interview assessment tools.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably for sales professionals.
- Proficiency in internet sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and nontraditional methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and employment laws.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies with sound judgment and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel 10%-20% as required for recruitment activities.
