Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in clinical teaching, curriculum design, or professional development.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Nursing Professional Development Certification within six months of hire.
- Proficiency in adult learning theory, competency assessment, and curriculum development.
- Strong skills in project management, quality improvement, and strategic alignment.
