Overview

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue goals for senior living communities.
  • Cultivate leads, convert prospects, and maintain positive relationships with residents.
  • Engage in professional networking and outreach to build referral pipelines.
  • Coordinate and conduct tours of senior living facilities for prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales processes.
  • Provide regular reporting of sales activities to leadership.
  • Plan and attend professional events to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  • Support the team in achieving performance metrics and sales targets.
  • Work on-site within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve community sales goals.
  • Conduct field outreach and professional networking activities weekly.
  • Plan and coordinate professional events to enhance referral networks.
  • Guide families through consultations, tours, and move-in processes.
  • Conduct scheduled and walk-in tours of senior living facilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
