Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff.
• Oversee daily operations and validate systems for optimal performance and patient care delivery.
• Coordinate with medical staff and administration to ensure comprehensive clinical practices.
• Manage financial aspects, including revenue cycle and budget planning, to ensure sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management; 5 years preferred.
• Strong expertise in oncology services and familiarity with cancer treatment protocols.
• Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and operational workflows.
• Experience in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and healthcare marketing.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial operations in healthcare.
