Overview
- Support attorneys in regulatory and international legal matters for a leading financial services firm.
- Engage with corporate governance, cross-border fund operations, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the setup, launch, and recordkeeping for international funds and operations.
- Draft fund offering documents and manage translations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with external counsel on fund registrations and distribution arrangements.
- Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare board materials and assist with logistics, including minute-taking and documentation.
- Execute routine international regulatory filings for funds and affiliated entities.
- Manage privacy-related documents and oversee compliance processes effectively.
- Oversee document management systems, mailbox monitoring, and invoice processing tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field such as law or finance.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm, ideally in corporate or finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with fund management, investment, or regulatory matters is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work arrangement.
