- Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and indexing discovery materials.

- Collaborate with legal teams to maintain efficient management of records and case databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare and file court documents, adhering to procedural requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain and update case databases, ensuring accurate and accessible information.
- Coordinate attorney-client meetings, managing calendars and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Organize trial exhibits, documents, and appendices for legal proceedings.
- Assist in trial preparation, including creating binders and preparing exhibits.
- Redact sensitive information from documents to ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in commercial litigation and legal document management.
- Strong skills in formatting documents, creating tables of contents, and preparing legal reports.
- Experience with case database management and maintaining client files.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to assist in trial preparation, including binder and exhibit organization.
