Overview

  • Serve as a vital HR Generalist supporting organizational goals and employee relations.
  • Provide expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations and policy implementation.
  • Conduct recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll processes and maintain HR systems using ADP software.
  • Facilitate communication across departments, utilizing bilingual capabilities for inclusivity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support employee development through training and performance management initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in ADP software for payroll and HR systems management.
  • Bilingual capabilities required to support diverse workforce needs.
  • Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
