Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer incoming calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to clients.
- Gather and document client information accurately to facilitate the intake process.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient intake operations.
- Assist in transitioning patients between healthcare programs, ensuring continuity of care.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational protocols and procedures.
- Report to the Intake Director, contributing to team objectives and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for effective communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
