Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with self-perform expertise.
  • Proficiency in preparing cost estimates using conceptual documents and historical data.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
