Overview

  • Lead the residential subscription business, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
  • Collaborate across departments to design and implement growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify actionable opportunities.
  • Develop targeted acquisition and retention campaigns with marketing collaboration.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing and positioning strategies accordingly.
  • Champion technology and automation to enhance customer experience and reduce friction.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities in new and adjacent markets.
  • Establish performance metrics and manage future team build-out.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own the residential subscription line of business with accountability for growth and retention.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data to uncover market trends and evaluate performance.
  • Set program expansion targets and align cross-functional teams on strategies.
  • Coordinate initiatives with operations, route optimization, and customer service teams.
  • Design acquisition and retention campaigns in partnership with marketing.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop responsive pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with residential front-line managers to execute sales tactics effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in business growth, sales, marketing, or strategy.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage initiatives without a dedicated team.
  • Experience using Excel, BI tools, and SQL for performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in launching or expanding service offerings across markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and customer experience technology.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to move quickly from insight to action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
