Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience; 5 years preferred for advanced expertise.
  • Proficiency in GAAP standards and financial reporting practices is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage hybrid work environments efficiently.
  • Preferred certifications such as CPA or CMA add significant value to the role.
