Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field required.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or private equity preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Argus experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills essential for success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar revenue management systems is a plus.
