Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Prepare and review project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.
• Facilitate communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or construction.
• Preferred 4 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage project tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams.
