Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design-build teams and CMAR processes to optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation and technology adoption within project management practices.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute to estimating and preconstruction efforts alongside dedicated bidding teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with design-build teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project phases.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Participate in estimating and preconstruction activities to support project planning.
  • Implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance project efficiency.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in design-build and CMAR project delivery methods.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Experience with estimating and preconstruction activities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with innovative construction technologies and practices.
