Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage ground-up and renovation projects across diverse sectors including K-12, commercial, higher education, municipal, and healthcare.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up and renovation projects across various sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for effective planning and execution.
