Overview
- Provide technical support and maintenance for electronic security systems, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Experience with platforms like Lenel, Milestone, or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and respond to on-call emergencies.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service under pressure.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to security systems.
