Overview

  • Contribute to architectural projects focusing on workplace, retail, and landlord/developer work.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment to deliver innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop architectural designs for workplace, retail, and developer-focused projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality design deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Support senior project managers in strategic planning and project execution.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through innovative design proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations in all projects.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders for seamless project integration.
  • Utilize advanced design software to create detailed architectural plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace and retail architectural design principles.
  • Experience in landlord/developer-focused projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
