Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary architecture firm to deliver innovative projects across diverse market sectors.
  • Lead technical development and ensure design intent aligns with execution throughout project phases.
  • Coordinate consultant teams including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines for seamless integration.
  • Prepare high-quality construction documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to building codes.
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and internal workflows to achieve timely and efficient delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design coordination to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture.
  • Engage in construction administration tasks including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural production and technical development through all project phases, ensuring design integrity.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to integrate structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines effectively.
  • Prepare and oversee construction documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes.
  • Support project schedules and budgets, optimizing workflows for efficient project delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, assist with presentations, and facilitate design coordination.
  • Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and contribute to construction administration efforts.
  • Mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and a collaborative studio environment.
  • Ensure technical execution aligns with project goals and design intent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience, with a preference for 10 years.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, construction systems, and detailing is required.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
