Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of workplace and retail architectural design principles.
- Experience in landlord/developer-focused projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
