Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Chief of Staff, HR, Operations, or related roles.

- Experience in financial services, consulting, or other high-performance industries preferred.
- Proficiency in project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- High emotional intelligence and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
- Technologically fluent, with comfort implementing software solutions to streamline operations.
