Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, managing priorities, communication, and organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee firm-wide operations, HR processes, and cultural initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, translating strategy into actionable plans and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • Support investor communications and capital raising efforts by coordinating deliverables and shaping firm narratives.
  • Champion organizational culture, reinforcing values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage sensitive HR matters, employee engagement, and performance management processes effectively.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by implementing and managing software solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare materials, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Monitor team morale and communication, ensuring continuity and alignment across departments.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes, serving as a strategic HR partner to leadership.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives, particularly during organizational change or operational redesign.
  • Manage project frameworks, ensuring initiatives are tracked, prioritized, and communicated clearly.
  • Support capital raising efforts by coordinating investor communications and operational diligence.
  • Act as an advisor to leadership, providing insights on strategy and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Chief of Staff, HR, Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong background in organizational development, HR strategy, and process improvement.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting, or other high-performance industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High emotional intelligence and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
  • Technologically fluent, with comfort implementing software solutions to streamline operations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with high standards.
