Overview

  • Lead and oversee mixed-use construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize expertise in multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction for project success.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and contractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts and schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage $30M+ construction projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility.
  • Commitment to innovation and sustainability in construction.
