Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver high-quality accounting advisory services tailored to client needs.
  • Assist clients with SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and financial statement preparation.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and develop GAAP-compliant policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A initiatives.
  • Lead financial systems implementations and conversions, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide strategic insights to support divestitures and carve-out financial statements.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Engage in business development and recruiting activities to drive firm growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including external audit.
  • Proficiency in GAAP, FASB standards, and technical accounting concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros, are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver immediate value in dynamic client environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-facing presence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in broader firm involvement.
